Good to Know


Your dog will be interacting with other dogs while in our care. Our primary concern at all times is safety. Keeping this in mind, it is important to understand that scrapes, scratches, and small punctures are a normal part of dog playgroups.

It is our priority to keep Dogs At Play a safe and fun environment for every dog that visits. On occasion a dog may get a more serious injury that requires medical attention. Dogs At Play is not responsible for paying vet bills resulting from these injuries. However we will give credit toward future services in the amount of the vet bill.


Our hours are Monday through Friday 
7:00 AM- 6:30 PM, Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1:00PM and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 1:00PM and from 4:00-6:00 PM. Hours will change during holidays.

We have a strict rule of $1.00 per minute late fee for picking up after our closing time. If we do not hear from you by the time we close we will board your dog for the night and feed our food at a cost of $2.00 per meal.

Overnight guests need to make a reservation for their stay and bring their own food in a sealed plastic container with any medication they may need. We recommend bringing your dog before 3:00 PM, the earlier they come the more they get to play!

Payment is due at the time services are rendered or in advance. All credit card charges under $50 will be charged an additional $1.00 processing fee. We have a pre-pay program for your convenience.

We feel it is important that you see where your dog plays and that you get an opportunity to see him or her play. At the same time, each tour disrupts the dogs, therefore we have two strict rules:

1) Tours are given Monday through Friday between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM and on Saturday and Sunday between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM. We may refuse a tour within these hours if we are too busy.

2) You may only watch your dog play when you pick up. This ensures that your dog integrates into the playgroup without being concerned of your whereabouts. For the best interest of the dogs, please limit your tour requests.
